A 30-45 minute workout focused on the Schwinn Airdyne Cycle. Participants train on and off of the cycle using one of these supremely tough cardio machines- The Airdyne. The upper and lower body aspect of the bike combined with unrelenting resistance can be extremely humbling. God Speed!
1pm-2pm All Levels Yoga- Avery
This class is a great way to counter the effects of desk sitting. How is that? By Challenging balance, stengthening the arms and core through a variety of balances. We will also open heart space through backbend while incorporating the yoga moves you know and love
